These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mzansique Skin website and the purchase of products from Infinite Finds (Pty) Ltd t/a Mzansique Skin. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

"We," "us," "our," "Mzansique Skin" refers to Infinite Finds (Pty) Ltd trading as Mzansique Skin

- Formulations are subject to change; always refer to the physical product label for the current INCI ingredient list
- Product results vary between individuals based on skin type, condition, and usage consistency

If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, you may return it under our Returns Policy.

4.2 Skincare Information Disclaimer
Product descriptions, ingredient explanations, and skincare education content on our website are provided for informational purposes only. This content:
- Does not constitute medical or dermatological advice
- Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease
- Should not replace consultation with a registered healthcare professional

We recommend performing a patch test before full application of any new product.

4.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15% unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4.4 Pricing Errors
If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order:
- We will notify you immediately
- You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
- We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect prices

4.5 Product Availability
Stock availability is updated regularly but not in real time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order:
- We will notify you within 48 hours
- You may choose a replacement product or full refund
- We will not substitute products without your consent

5. PLACING AN ORDER

5.1 Order Process
To place an order:
- Add items to your shopping cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter delivery and billing information
- Select delivery method and payment option
- Review your order summary
- Complete payment
- Receive order confirmation via email

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email with an order number.

5.2 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Mzansique Skin. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Refuse service to customers who violate our Terms
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation email containing:

- Items ordered
- Delivery address
- Total amount paid
- Estimated delivery timeframe

Check this email carefully. Contact us within 24 hours if any details are incorrect.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant EFT
- PayFast / PayGate (secure payment gateway)
- Bank Transfer / Manual EFT (proof of payment required)

6.2 Payment Security
All card payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. SSL encryption protects your payment information during transmission.

6.3 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you:
- Confirm you are authorized to use the payment method
- Authorize us to charge the total order amount
- Accept responsibility for all charges incurred

6.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined:
- Your order will not be processed
- You will be notified to retry payment or use an alternative method
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment failures

6.5 Manual EFT Payments
If paying via bank transfer:
- Use your order number as the payment reference
- Email proof of payment to mzansiques@gmail.com
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation

7. DELIVERY

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

- Delivery is via The Courier Guy
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- Delivery costs are displayed at checkout
- Free delivery on orders over R750

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with the Consumer Protection Act.

Key points:
- 7-day cooling-off period for change-of-mind returns on unopened, sealed items
- Opened or used skincare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
- Faulty or incorrect items replaced or refunded at our cost
- Adverse skin reactions are assessed individually

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Ownership
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, formulation descriptions, ingredient education content, blog articles, and website design, is owned by Infinite Finds (Pty) Ltd t/a Mzansique Skin or licensed to us. All rights reserved.

9.2 Restrictions
You may not:

10.2 Product Liability
- Products are sold based on described specifications and ingredient lists
- We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to perform a patch test, failure to follow product instructions, or individual sensitivity to correctly listed ingredients
- We are not liable for outcomes that vary from described results, as individual skin response differs
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question

10.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

This limitation does not apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Mzansique Skin, Infinite Finds (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mzansique Skin regarding your use of our website and purchase of products.

21. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign or transfer our rights to another entity (e.g., in the event of a business restructure) without restriction.

22. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

- Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance
